BluePrint is a cloud-based software platform designed for cooperative societies, investment clubs, and microfinance organizations to manage their operations, including:

• Member and shareholder management
• Financial transactions and record keeping
• Investment and profit tracking
• Reporting and analytics
• Other related financial management features

3. Account Registration

To use BluePrint, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to represent an organization
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

BluePrint operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay subscription fees as specified in your chosen plan
• Renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all applicable taxes

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to transmit harmful code or malware

All content, features, and functionality of BluePrint, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by BluePrint or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BluePrint for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to BluePrint. By using our service, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service
• Create backups and ensure data security
• Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BluePrint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BluePrint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of BluePrint shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of BluePrint after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
